Handmade shop Crazywool.lt started to operate in Vilnius in 2018. Two friends who are passionate about design have decided to work together to use their creativity for creating clothes from wool and mohair threads using the crazy wool technique.Â
Crazy wool technique involves stitching any leftover yarn or wool together to make fabric with various patterns. There are endless possibilities of designs and colours, and this method is called ‘crazy wool’ because it tends to be whatever crazy design you’d like.One of the big advantages of the crazy wool garments is the ease of maintenance, since the clothes can be washed in the washing machine, and treated as your usual wool clothes item.Â
Along with the crazy wool technique, we design items in patchwork crazy quilt style, and we love to experiment with styles, patterns, colors and structures! For the summer collections, we design linen dresses, blouses, and coats, and we use environmentally friendly natural fabrics. We design clothes of all sizes, ranging from S to 2XL, and also work on the customer requests, so any of your desires are possible with us! Every item that we make is unique in its own way!
